Terms of Sale
- Items must be authentic Games Workshop or other official Warhammer company models with bases. If the model is kitbashed it must be marked on the form.
- If the models received are different than the models listed on the form there will be deductions.
- Any counterfeit or non-genuine items (i.e. 3D printed, recast, or other wargame company models made to look like Warhammer models) will not be paid for. These items cannot be returned, as it is a crime to mail counterfeit items.
- If the packaging method recommended below is used, there will be no deductions for damage even if the miniatures are damaged in transit. If the miniatures are damaged due to using a different packaging method, there will be deductions.
- If the package is sent from outside the US there will be a shipping deduction.
Packaging Guide
- Make sure the box being used does not have any holes or damage that could cause models to fall out during shipping. Avoid boxes larger than 12x12x12.
- Package the items individually in soft materials such as tissue paper, thin plastic bags, or paper towels. Tape is not necessary.
- Next, wrap groups of individually wrapped models together in any paper or plastic product, such as kraft paper, plastic bags, or the previously listed materials.
- Avoid leaving empty space in the box or forcing the items to fit in a smaller box. If the box is too big, cut it down to be smaller first, then fill any empty space with any kind of paper, plastic, or cardboard.
